I grew up in the world of electronics. As a kid, my first part time job was at The Colour Box in Burlington. The Colour Box was Burlington's premiere place to purchase your TV or stereo system. I was taught customer service by "the old lions". Names like Woody Newhall and Bobby Dawson were just a couple of my mentors.

Since those days, I have worked at several retail stores in the area at various sales and management roles. I spent a couple of years on the road for a major manufacturer as a sales and product trainer covering eastern Canada. I always wanted people to get the right product for theirs needs. I was always curious how all this stuff works. I would jump at the chance to partake in any training offered by any manufacturer. Then, the industry began to change. Integrating products together to build home theatres and distributed audio systems became the "norm". Training was now much more complex than any one manufacture could offer.

Along came associations to provide training and certification for complete system integration, independent of any single manufacturer. THX, ISF and CEDIA are the major ones. I have received certification from all three.

In my spare time, I was working with wood, renovating friends and family's homes and building cabinetry. One thing lead to another.

27 years later, and literally thousands of installs, I have my own company, selling, designing and installing world class home theatres and distributed audio systems complete with any cabinetry required to complete the project. I have surrounded myself with people who are the top in their field. The people that work at Front Row Centre (FRC) are first and foremost professionals that bring a tremendous amount of talent to the table. Everyone involved, views our day-to-day operations with honesty, integrity and customer service being our primary focus. We have worked in some very nice homes and for piece of mind, everyone who works at FRC is fully insured and bonded.
